The kitchens are a melting pot of culinary mastery covering a range of globally-inspired cuisine offered throughout The ‘Quin’s four distinct restaurants, six lounges and private event spaces. Our restaurant concepts span Modern Japanese, influences throughout Europe and a classic All-American gastropub in addition to our pastry department and banquets team. The ‘Quin’s latest endeavor – a Latin inspired restaurant premiers this Spring 2024 extending new opportunities for professionals with a mastery in this cuisine. The ‘Quin has three equipped kitchens which offers cross-training opportunity for cooks and chefs to grow under the brand.
As an extension of our culinary family, The ‘Quin’s kitchens host a unique guest chef-in-residence series called ‘Explorateur’ which offers club members access to rising talent from around the world. This series is presented through a tasting menu prepared in The ‘Quin’s kitchens in partnership with the guest chef. The Explorateur series presents a special opportunity for the kitchens to train under notable culinary talent – bringing a collective 17 Michelin Stars to us since 2021, including Co-Creator of Noma Mads Refslund, 9-starred Italian Chef Enrico Bartolini and the World’s Best Female Chef from Slovenia Ana Roš.
