The StudioOur studio offers a wide array of group fitness classes. Stretch, flex and find inner strength with yoga, tone and tighten with Pilates, shape up in the Barre studio, or sweat and spin on the Pelotons. In addition to regular programming, we’ll also offer a rotating selection of special classes to shake up your routine.
Spa & SaunaTreat the skin, soothe sore muscles and rejuvenate in our spa room and Finnish sauna. You can enjoy revitalizing post-workout sustenance like homemade power bars and nourishing juices.
